Express Relocations

This company is a SCAM. They wrote one contract, then a second contract asking for additional money for the down payment. When the movers showed up 8 hours late, they wanted another $8000 in cash, 60% due before they started the work. When told no we would not give cash additional cash, they left without doing anything. Have been trying to get ahold of company via phone and email, they refuse to take the call and send it to voicemail. Now out$1,700 dollars. AVOID this SCAM Company

Express Relocation https://express-relo.com/ is a very bad company they picked us up in Knoxville on Tuesday the 23rd as of this writing it is now the 31st we still have nothing. They are reluctant to take our calls, and when they do they tell us they have up to 21 days to deliver our stuff. When my wife called the driver he was one state away and still no delivery. Yet they want more money when they deliver. they showed up with a pick up truck and a cargo trailer, then said they don't have enough room for all of our stuff. When we had less than the cubic ft we said we had. what ever you do stay away from this company. They are the typical dishonest mover you hear about.
